Hi, I’m Daniel Gama—a Mental Performance Consultant with a Master’s in Performance Psychology and a background in clinical Kinesiology. My work lives at the intersection of human movement, recovery, and performance.
I believe that showing up fully—whether in sport, injury rehab, work, or life—requires more than just physical effort. It takes clarity, confidence, and the ability to align your mindset with your goals. That’s why I take a whole-human, integrative approach that blends sport psychology, kinesiology, and wellness. I meet people where they are and help them grow into who they want to be.
I have a special passion for endurance athletes (especially triathletes) and for anyone navigating injury recovery—not just the physical side, but the mental and emotional journey that comes with it. Having seen firsthand how performance and mental health are deeply connected, I’m committed to creating spaces where people can build resilience, self-awareness, and compassion for themselves while striving for excellence.
